Requirements
- Proven experience as a recruiter or similar role
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Good to have: Experience in a specific industry (e.g., tech, healthcare)
